A drowning in Spring claimed one life involving an adult and child, according to Harris County Sheriff's Office. A fire also tore through an abandoned apartment complex in north Houston today, and there's a Special Weather Statement in effect, though conditions remain partly cloudy with a high near 81°F and good air quality. The Astros topped Tampa Bay 2-0 and will face Buffalo on September 13th at 1:00 PM EDT.
