BULLETIN
Norman is still recovering from Saturday night's severe storms that left widespread damage and knocked out power for thousands of residents, with cooling stations now open across the city. Gov. Kevin Stitt has declared a disaster emergency for the affected counties, and a small magnitude 2.7 earthquake was also recorded west of the area. Today's weather looks much calmer with mostly clear skies and highs around 70°F, giving cleanup crews better conditions to assess damage.
