A black bear was spotted moving through town today and caught on camera by police, making for an unusual wildlife encounter in the area. Today will be foggy this morning with a high near 84 degrees, then showers and thunderstorms are possible this afternoon as conditions warm up. A recent small earthquake measuring 2.93 magnitude was also recorded about 14 kilometers south-southwest of Williamsville.
