Heavy rain and severe storms with damaging winds are expected to hit the Harrisburg area today, with a high near 95°F and a flood advisory already in effect for Cabarrus County Sunday evening. Nearly 30 people, including a 12-year-old, were arrested during Fourth of July celebrations uptown Charlotte, and the Charlotte Crown will face Jacksonville at 2pm on WCCB if weather permits.
